Captain Russ Schnering and tournament partner Mark Atwood beat out 72 other teams with a total weight of 13.02 pounds. Second place had 12.48 pounds. The rules where you could only weigh your two biggest legal (18"-27") reds. Ours measured 26.75" and 26.25". We caught a couple of over sized reds that measured 33" and 28" but had to let them go. All together we ended up with about 30 reds in just a few hours time. The Bass4bucks organization offers many charitable tournaments throughout the year. They have donated over $105,250.00 to family and children's charities locally. It was quite a day for everyone involved.
